ORDERING INFORMATION - Policies & Procedures
Please take the time to read our policies and procedures before placing an order. If you have further questions of need clarification on any of our procedures please call our customer care rep. at 1 800 615-8333.

ORDERING
Order can be place by choosing one of the following options:

  1. By calling our order desk toll free at 1 800 615-8333 between 9:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.(PST)
  2. By Fax at (604) 583-9611 This method is convenient when there are several delivery addresses. Faxing the information also reduces the probability of errors in processing the order.
  3. By email at gifts@loubon.com
  4. Directly from our secure web site. Just make your selections and add to your shopping basket, remember to fill in as much information as possible on the order from, insufficient information will delay your order.

PRODUCTS SUBSTITUTES
We strive to give you and your recipient exactly what you see on our website or in our product brochure. There maybe times when certain products are not available, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS IN A GIFT BASKET FOR OTHERS WITH EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE.

FRESH FLOWERS & FRUIT BASKETS
Fresh flowers and fruit baskets are for local delivery only. Fruit baskets may vary in appearance depending on what types of fresh fruits are available. We choose only fruits that are plum, ripe and ready for consumption.

ALCOHOL
We can add alcohol to any gift basket being purchased by an adult 21 years and older. We do not ship alcohol to other provinces and to the USA.
Standard ground shipping of wine within certain areas BC. from October to March sometimes may not be available.

RETURNS / REFUNDS
There are no returns on food gift baskets and fresh fruit gift baskets. All food item are inspected prior to including in a gift basket. We ensure that all products are fresh and are properly labelled listing all ingredients.
Fruits are chosen when they are ready for consumption. To ensure freshness all fruit gift baskets are assembled on the same day delivery is scheduled.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS
All gift baskets and other gift products are inspected for quality before leaving our premises. Although great care is taken in delivering the products there maybe times when a gift would arrive to the recipient in less than perfect condition. We require that all damaged products be reported within 3 days of delivery. Please call 1 800 615-8333 and a customer care representative would be happy to assist you.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY
Orders placed by telephone before 11:00 A.M. (PST) would be process and shipped on the same day. After 11:00 A.M. and email, and Faxed orders are processed the next business day. Local delivery within the metro Vancouver and surrounding areas are available 7 days a week with the exception of Canadian statutory holidays.

All Local deliveries are $10.00 flat rate. Out of town packages e.g to other Canadian provinces, and the USA are shipped by UPS and subject to their shipping rate and delivery times.

Holiday Orders (christmas) if your order is being shipped to another province, please allow at least 4 business days for processing in addition to the required transit times. Please specify in "special notes section" of the online order form the exact UPS service you required. (see chart below). If this is not specified we will assume you prefer standard service.

EARLY A.M. guaranteed next business day/ by 8:00 a.m.
EXPRESS guaranteed next business day by 10:30 a.m.
EXPRESS SAVER guaranteed next business day by 12:00 noon
EXPEDITED guaranteed in 2 business days
STANDARD guaranteed delivery by next scheduled day

(Large corporate orders and custom orders are subject to longer processing
times and would be discussed and agreed upon prior to processing the order. )

RUSH ORDERS
We can certainly accommodate rush orders however it would be subject to an additional 15.00 Fee plus the regular delivery charge.

If you have any gift certificates, promotional coupons, corporate discount, or group discounts. Please be sure to clarify when placing your order, doing so would ensure accurate billing.
